Please read the following terms of use carefully before using the 4p- Support Group Site ("Site"). Using this Site indicates that you agree to this Terms of Use. If you do not accept this Terms of Use, do not use this Site. The 4p- Support Group reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete any terms and conditions of this Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion, so you should periodically come back and review these terms. Your use of this Site will be subject to the most current version of the 4p- Support Group Pictures Site Terms of Use at the time of such use.

Definition
In this Terms of Use, "Contents" means any and all text, graphics, photos, pictures, line drawings, animations, audio, video and/or any other materials that are provided, posted, viewed, transmitted, reproduced and/or distributed by any private person, legal person or entity in connection with this Site.

Restricted Use of Contents
This Site is owned and controlled by the 4p- Support Group. You may download a copy of allowed Contents on a single computer and reproduce, modify, output, transmit or distribute such Contents free of charge for non-commercial use only. You may not use Contents in any manner except as permitted in these Terms of Use. Unauthorized use or any other use, including commercial use of Contents, causes infringement of copyright of the 4p- Support Group and/or other rights of any third party. Any and all trademark, service mark or trade name in this Site is the property of the 4p- Support Group or any third party cited herein.

Contents Ownership
You warrant that you are the sole owner of your Contents posted by you on the Site and entitled to license any (related) rights of such Contents including copyright. You agree to share the Contents you posted on the Site with other users free of charge, and agree not to prevent such other users from viewing your Contents. You will keep ownership of the copyright and appropriate licenses in connection with your Contents, provided that you agree that the 4p- Support Group reserves the copyright relating to your Contents stored on the database of the Site and of all derivative works of your Contents. If you notice that your Contents posed on the Site infringe or may infringe any third party's copyright or other right, you shall immediately notify the 4p- Support Group by e-mail. Use of the Site
The 4p- Support Group understands and respects your desire for privacy. Any Contents posted in the Site are available only to those invited to the Site. When you are voluntarily participating in and posting your Contents to the Site, you agree that the Contents may be viewed, and possibly collected and used by others who (will) visit your Content. The 4p- Support Group has taken reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to the Content on the Site.

Personal Information and Privacy Policy
When you post your Contents on the Site, you are asked to provide your name, address, age, e-mail address (collectively "Personal Information"). The 4p- Support Group collects information from you for membership contact purposes. Personal Information is stored and used to create an account for you. The 4p- Support Group assures you that any information you submit to us will remain absolutely private. The 4p- Support Group believes that your personal information, including your email and residential addresses, and phone number, belongs to you. We do not rent or sell your information to third parties.

Password Policy
A Password is not needed to view any of the Contents of the Site.

Destruction of Contents
The 4p- Support Group reserves the right to remove and destroy any Contents or any inferior image quality Contents from this Site. You agree that the 4p- Support Group shall not be responsible for screening, policing, editing or monitoring any Contents submitted, posted, viewed, transmitted, reproduced and/or distributed by you on the Site. You agree that the 4p- Support Group shall never be liable for any kind of rejection, removal or destruction of inferior Contents; if the 4p- Support Group should reject to post and/or remove or destroy such Contents from the Site.

Links to Other Sites
The 4p- Support Group explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, content or availability of information found on sites that link to or from third parties not associated with the 4p- Support Group. The 4p- Support Group is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. You hereby irrevocably waive any claim against the 4p- Support Group with respect to such third party's site. The 4p- Support Group shall not endorse any of the merchandise nor has the 4p- Support Group taken any steps to confirm the accuracy or reliability of any of the information contained in such third party's site. The 4p- Support Group shall not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information, including credit card and other personal information, that you might be requested to give any third party. You hereby irrevocably waive any claim against the 4p- Support Group with respect to such site(s).

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and/or defend the 4p- Support Group, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, subsidiaries, sub-licensees and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, arising out of or related to any breach of these Terms of Use by you or anyone else, including your guest(s), who is acting under your direction, authority and control, including publication, distribution, exhibit, or other use of the Contents posted by you or by anyone else, including your guest(s), that is using your Username and Password. You agree to settle any problem or issue arising out of usage of the Site between you and your guest(s) whom you invited to the Site at your own responsibility and agree to hold the 4p- Support Group harmless from and against such problems or issues.

Waiver
You release and waive your right, and that of your minor offspring under the age of 13, assigns and successors, to bring suit against the 4p- Support Group and the above-reference affiliated persons and entities for any injury or damage allegedly arising from (your) use of this Site, including any injury or damage you may suffer as the result of viewing, uploading or downloading any Contents in the Site.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall the 4p- Support Group be liable for any special or consequential damages that result, arising out of your use or inability to use the Site, and any of the Site Contents, services and/or any related software.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Any Contents and services in this Site are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind, either expressly or implicitly. The 4p- Support Group makes every effort to control and operate this Site, provided that the 4p- Support Group shall not warrant that any part of this Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, and free of viruses or other harmful component that may cause the destruction of Contents. The 4p- Support Group shall not warrant or make any representations regarding the use and services of this Site or the results of the use of the Contents in terms of the quality, corrections, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. You assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. The 4p- Support Group shall not endorse any comments or opinions contained or implied in any Contents made available through this Site by you and/or your guest(s). The use, distribution or publication of any Contents within this Site shall not constitute or imply an endorsement by the 4p- Support Group of such Contents or of any opinions or comments contained in such Contents.

Termination
The 4p- Support Group reserves the right to terminate your access to this Site for violation of these Terms of Use or applicable laws, or as the 4p- Support Group otherwise deems appropriate without notice and without cause at any time. The 4p- Support Group may discontinue its services provided by this Site at any time without notice and without cause. You hereby irrevocably waive any claim against the 4p- Support Group with respect to such termination of access or discontinuance of service. You acknowledge that the 4p- Support Group may destroy any Contents you (will) post to the Site at its sole discretion upon termination of this Site. Upon termination by any party, either terminated by a user of this Site or the 4p- Support Group, you agree to destroy all and any materials and contents obtained from this Site.

Severability
If one of the Articles of these Terms of Use is not to be valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be given no effect and deemed not to be included within the terms of these Terms of Use, without invalidating the other Articles. An Article nearest to the purpose intended by the invalid Article shall replace the Article concerned.

Amendment
The 4p- Support Group retains the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. If you find changes in these terms in some way that are unacceptable, you agree to discontinue your use of this Site.

Notice
All notices in connection with this Site in these Terms of Use shall be sent via e-mail to the 4p- Support Group List Serv and will be announced in the 4p- Support Group News Letter. The List Serv e-mail notice and News Letter notice shall be deemed received and read, irrespective of whether or not it has been opened.

Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
